Well, we should officially be on the road for Missouri by now (I’m writing this post the night before – anything to avoid packing.) We’re off to spend Thanksgiving with Josh’s family. A glorious 7.5 hour trip. With two children two and under.
And a DVD player that hooks up to the cigarette lighter.
And Veggie Tales from the library.
And I was even able to get High School Musical. You know, for when the kids are sleeping. (Not that it’s bad for kids. I wouldn’t know, I haven’t seen it. Just that since it doesn’t star a computer-animated cucumber, I’m not sure how excited Olivia will be about it. But I, for one, am excited about it.)
So if my blogging slacks a bit over the next week (home again on Sunday!) it’s because I’m too busy watching incriminating home videos and eating leftover pie.
It my blogging picks up a bit over the next week, it’s because THEY HAVE DSL.
I was just in MIssouri visiting my grandmother! North of Kansas City. My parents just moved from there to Colorado, but they’ll be going to MO for Thanksgiving. We’ll be visiting them in Colorado for Christmas.
