So I know how many hours of pilates I will have to do tomorrow:

(1) glass orange juice

Pre-Lunch Snack
slivered almonds
chocolate malt ball
apple slice with peanut butter

I’m rather proud of myself.

(We all know the Post-Lunch Snacks will be exponentially worse.)

Pre-Lunch Snack – Part Two
(1) cinnamon roll WITHOUT icing
(1) mini twizzler

LUNCH
(1 – or was it 2?) serving turkey – dark meat… yummm.
(1) serving mashed potatoes and gravy
(1) serving broccoli cole slaw
(1) serving corn
(1) serving Hawaiian bread
(3) servings (gulp) strawberry tapioca jello salad (We call this a salad. It has nothing salad-like in it. I think the only qualifying characteristic is that it is served cold. It really is a dessert masquerading as a side dish.)
(2) servings wild cherry Pepsi
DESSERT
(1) serving pecan pie
(1) serving blueberry pie
(1) serving brownie

Dinner
(2) slices barbecue chicken pizza
(1) serving broccoli cole slaw
(2) servings brownie

Post-Dinner Snack
too many mini-twizzler pieces
