When Josh asked me where my paints were, I became a bit curious. Within minutes, I walked into the kitchen to find this:

Turns out The Daddy had felt the drive to decorate a certain gourd we had picked up from the pumpkin patch a week ago.

Having run out of gourds, Olivia was not dettered:

“Hey, take a picture of my gourd and put it on your blog.” – Sure thing, Honey…

And the family’s artistic abilities don’t stop there; yesterday, Olivia called me over to look at the turtle she had just made out of silly putty. Observe:

Then, on Sunday, we went for a bike ride. I had noticed a small organic produce stand not far from our new home, and had been wanting to check it out. Unfortunately, it had just closed for the season, but the driving range next door was open!

Benjamin, especially, enjoyed this part of the game.

So much so that he had to be carried off the grass on numerous occasions.

“I don’t understand. You hit the balls out there… and just leave them?!”
