If we’re friends on facebook, these are old hat. Sorry to those who had to wait, I procrastinated in resizing them. Because now I host my own pictures. Sick of Picasa and other sites letting me down.
Don’t know what I mean? Check out older picture posts like this. Now I have to go find those lost pictures and put them back. When I have free time.
And, if you hadn’t noticed, I’m not very timely with the Meet-and-Greet Mondays, so I’m not sure if I’ll discontinue them, or just make ever picture post a Meet-and-Greet that you all can join in. Any day of the week. And you can link any picture post you’ve done since the last Meet-and-Greet. Numerous ones, if you have the urge.
Segue….
PICTURES
If you’re not from the glorious Mid-west (midwest? Mid-West? mid-west? mid-West?), THIS is a pumpkin patch. Purty, no?
Benjamin wanted to take home the very first pumpkin he saw. Which was part of a festive decoration at the entrance to the patch. But that’s not the way we roll.
First we peruse the patch for pumpkin perfection.
Then The Daddy helps us remove it from the vine.
Then we pose with it.
Yeah, like that.
To think my Olivia used to be that small.
Say it ain’t so. Is that my baby girl?
There. If I shoot from this angle, next to 7 foot tall corn stalks… he still looks itty bitty.
(And yes, he is about to run into said 7 foot tall corn stalks.)
HE’S still my baby. No denying that. Or the fact that he’s definitely trying to digest my camera strap in this shot.
Headed back with the pumpkins.
Yep, both of ’em.
Traditional pumpkin patch portrait. I love my pumpkins.

Have you posted a truck-load of pictures lately? Link ’em up here!
Hon, I’m from the Pacific Northwest and we have huge pumpkin patches too. It’s fun, isn’t it? We actually go to one that offers a hay ride pulled by draft horses.
Ack. Ya caught me. I have no IDEA where pumpkins do and do not grow. 😀 I guess I can now add the Pacific Northwest on my Places I Guess I Could Survive In list. 🙂
I’d love to have an original of your family photo!
