The Yoda:

11-2mag1

I did not make his costume.  We bought it for Olivia.  And every.single.child since has been Yoda for their first Halloween.  Yep, both of ’em.

The Princess:

11-2mag3

I did not make her dress.  It is a flower girl dress from a wedding she was in this summer.  I did not make the crown or the “sepper” (scepter).

11-2mag9

I made the cape.  But I’m not particularly proud of it.  You should see the hem.

No, I changed my mind.  Don’t look at it.  Pretend it’s perfect.

The Spider:

11-2mag8

I made the spider.  I’m really proud of the spider.  It’s intense.  What, with its ties and velcros and wrist bands and harnesses and legs and legs and legs and legs and supports and whatnot.  A pattern I created myself, no less.  I heart the spider.

11-2mag11

Here’s the back.  And also, he’s always wanted to do that.

11-2mag10

Here it is in action.  Eek!  Spider on the ceiling!

11-2mag6

Thank you, Momma, for making me a spider.

11-2mag21

No, Yoda cannot stand.  He is using the Force.  Otherwise known as The Daddy, who is standing behind the huddling mass of cuteness.

11-2mag5

It’s okay, Yoda, pictures are done now.

You can play, too!  I really really really really really really really want to see what you, your spouse, your child, your cat, and your dog dressed up as for Halloween/Fall Festival/just for fun.  Post pictures on your bliggity blog and then leave your linky below.  (Clicky Mr. Linky).  Link back to here on your blog cuz that’s just good mannerz.

(Even though I may have forgotten to do that myself for a certain Wordless Wednesday carnival last week.  Oops.)
